Visma expands its offering in subscription management with the acquisition of Upodi
Visma increases its focus on the subscription management market by acquiring Danish-based Upodi - a subscription management and recurring billing platform. Together with Upodi, Visma will continue to optimize its subscription-based business models to meet increasing market demands.
The subscription market is at the tip of a true transformation across multiple industries with cross-industry adoption of recurring subscription business models. Visma is already investing heavily in this market, and the acquisition of Upodi is a further step in that direction.
A subscription model is all about unlocking recurring revenue for businesses and forming long-lasting customer relationships.
